Q: What are your online shopping hours?
A: Our hours of operation are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Currently our customer service representatives are available from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday PST. Placing orders is limited to web transactions only. Also see contact us.

A: You can place your order via the Internet using our easy-to-use secure online shopping. Our site is set up to enhance shopping with ease. By scrolling through our shop by outfit page you simply select an outfit and opt to purchase an item from the outfit by clicking on the "Go To" button. Or select the shop by category page, choose your category and click on the item you want.

Q: How does Barbara Lesser protect my credit card if I order online?

Q: How do I keep track of my order?

Once you have completed your transaction a confirmation screen will appear with your order confirmation number, print this screen and keep it as a reference.

Q: How do I update changes to my shopping bag?
A:
Click on "shopping bag" to view your selections. To make a change use the buttons next to the item you would like to adjust. To change a quantity, color or size, select the "edit color/size" button. This will allow you to alter any or all of these fields. To purchase the same item in another color and/or size click on "buy another". To delete an item completely, click "cancel item". When using any of these options your shopping bag will automatically be updated to reflect your change.

Q: What types of delivery do you offer?
A:
Barbara Lesser offers delivery on all shipments via UPS ground. Should you require faster delivery we provide overnight and 2nd day UPS service for a flat fee.

Q: What are the shipping and handling charges?
A:
We do not have any handling charges. Shipping costs are based on the type of delivery you request.

UPS Ground is a flat fee of $8.00
UPS Red (overnight) a flat fee of $30.00
UPS Blue (2nd day) a flat fee of $20.00

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A:
We are sorry but at this time we can only ship within the Continental US, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

Q: What is your return policy?
A:
You may return any Barbara Lesser product purchased on line within 30 days from the date on the merchandise invoice for a full refund. All garments must be in their original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.

1. Use the Return form included with your shipment and enter the information for each item you wish to return.
2. Include the appropriate Return Reason and any additional comments you wish to add to help us serve you better in the future.
3. Retain the invoice for future reference.
4. Use the enclosed prepaid Return Label (Please insure your package for your own protection).

Q: What is your privacy policy?

Shipping
Our preferred carrier is UPS. We provide all UPS ground shipping for a flat fee of $8.00. For your convenience we also make available UPS Red (overnight) and UPS Blue (2nd day) services for a flat fee.
UPS Ground = $8.00 (5 to 7 working days depending on your location.)
UPS Blue = $20.00 (Second business day service.)
UPS Red = $30.00 (Next business day service.)
Handling Charges = None
Orders will be processed within 48 business hours (Monday thru Friday), When counting the number of days for shipping, please remember to include 2 days for processing and you should only count business days.
For security reasons we require a signature on all deliveries. Please note, UPS does not generally deliver to PO boxes

Out of Stock Items
While we make every effort not to be out of stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will immediately notify you by phone or e-mail. Any out-of-stock items will be removed from your order total and will be reflected in your shipping confirmation email (if you have provided an email address). We apologize, but we are unable to accept back orders at this time.
